Refund Policy

  1. Refunds for overpayment will be processed within 24 hours of patient’s request. The amount will be returned 100% of the overpayment to the same credit card used for payment, it may take 2-3 weeks depending on the credit card processor.
  2. Refunds for urgent care visits not completed due to technology failure will be returned 100%. Not completed means treatment was not given during the visit.
  3. Refunds for medication refills the patient is unable to receive from the pharmacy designated will be 100%. The pharmacy will be contacted to verify. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  4. No refunds will be given for consultation visits. Please see our list of exclusions prior to booking.
  5. No refunds shall be issued to patients who change their minds after successfully completing their urgent care visit with a healthcare provider and receiving medical advice/over-the-counter treatment remedies or prescription for a medication. Please see exclusions, antibiotic policy, and prescription exclusions prior to booking.
  6. Priority Virtual Healthcare is committed to customer satisfaction and providing excellent service. If a patient believes they are owed a refund for any other reason the case will be analyzed on case-by-case basis.
  7. Request for reimbursement shall be made by calling (334) 866-0880 or emailing us at [email protected]. A request for reimbursement does not guarantee one will be granted.
