Tips for a Successful Urgent Care Visit:
- Our exam room is where you are, so please secure a well-lit, quiet, private room during your telehealth visit.
- For obvious reasons, we will not perform telehealth visits while you are driving or operating heavy machinery.
- Use headphones, AirPods, or Earbuds if you need more privacy during your visit.
- Always have your camera on so we can perform the best physical exam.
- Please make sure you are modestly dressed during each telehealth visit.
- Do you have a relative or friend that would like to accompany you on your visit? Please let us know prior to your appointment. We will try to accommodate you.
